With 20 years of experience in civil engineering, Kuntz has served as a project manager or roadway design manager on numerous projects. <b>Joann Papageorgis<\/b> joined Dewberry\u2019s Northeast environmental team in its Parsippany, N.J., office. She has more than 30 years of project management experience on complex, multidisciplinary highway and transit infrastructure projects, including as program director of the $1.5 billion Bayonne Bridge Navigational Clearance Program. <b>Josh Baxley, P.E.<\/b>, and <b>Morgan Hurst, P.E.<\/b>, joined Dewberry\u2019s north Florida offices. Baxley will provide added leadership to the Tallahassee team and serve clients in various markets, including water, utilities, and site\/civil engineering. Hurst joins the firm\u2019s Panama City office as a senior project manager responsible for client and agency relationships, managing staff in project development, and providing site\/civil engineering design expertise. <b>Patrick Domres<\/b> joined the firm as a senior environmental scientist in the Long Beach, Calif., office. He will be responsible for working with the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015, which includes auditing, gap assessments, and project management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Jennifer Carrier, P.E.<\/b>, joined HNTB Corporation as Connecticut office leader and associate vice president. Before joining HNTB, Carrier served as director of transportation planning for the Capitol Region Council of Governments, working extensively with the Connecticut Department of Transportation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">BOND promoted <b>Anthony Bond<\/b> as president and <b>Kane Cuddy <\/b>as COO for the firm\u2019s Civil &amp; Utility Division. In their new roles, they will spearhead BOND\u2019s long-range strategic plan developing integrated solutions to align BOND\u2019s services and capabilities with clients\u2019 needs. They will also play an important role to continue developing business as BOND expands capabilities across the Northeast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">TranSystems Corp. welcomed <b>Ali Tali, P.E.<\/b>, as vice president and Northeast Region bridge design practice leader. He will work out of the company\u2019s Boston office. He has more than 35 years of experience in the design and management of bridge projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Luke Olson, P.E.<\/b>, joined EXP as vice president, Transit, overseeing the transit sector globally. With almost 20 years of transit engineering experience, he has served in lead project roles for various modes of transit, including light rail, commuter, bus and bus rapid transit, and streetcars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Illinois Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers selected Illinois Tollway Deputy Chief of Program Implementation <b>Clarita Lao<\/b> for the 2018 Government Civil Engineer of the Year Award. Lao was recognized for her engineering career accomplishments spanning more than three decades, her leadership and management skills, and dedication to engineering excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Amanda Ludlow<\/b> joined Stantec\u2019s Transportation practice in its South Burlington, Vt., office as a principal focused on guiding development of the local stormwater planning and design group. Ludlow has nearly 25 years of experience in engineered natural systems, low impact development, and ecological services. Stantec\u2019s Water practice welcomed <b>Nicolle Boulay<\/b> as sector leader for water in Virginia, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant planning, design, and construction across the Washington, D.C., metro area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Greg Marconnet<\/b> and <b>Jeff Mason, P.E.<\/b>, were promoted to group leaders for Mead &amp; Hunt. These corporate vice president roles will lead the marketing, sales, and operations teams of two high-growth markets. Marconnet was selected to be the group leader for the newly created Food &amp; Beverage Group. Mason will be taking the helm as group leader for the Architecture &amp; Building Engineering Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pennoni hired <b>Brian Young<\/b> to serve the firm\u2019s Baltimore location as office director. He joins the firm with more than 20 years of experience in all elements of highway operations, design, construction, and traffic engineering.
