Workers helped us build this gear so we\u2019re confident it\u2019ll get used.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hearing Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ergodyne.com\/skullerz-8880-nrr-26-db-hard-hat-mounted-earmuffs\"><strong>Skullerz<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>&nbsp;8880 Hard Hat Mounted Earmuffs<\/strong><\/a><br \/>Comfortable padded and foam-filled design, tested to a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 26dB to reduce noise levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/enforcement\/directives\/04-00-004\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OSHA mandates<\/a>&nbsp;that any workplace averaging 85dB for an eight-hour average exposure, must put in place an effective hearing conservation program.
