They were recognized by the firm for their leadership, collaboration and dedication to building a successful team and loyal customer base in their areas of expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re honored to have these extraordinary professionals joining our principals\u2019 group,\u201d said Taylor Design President Kevin Hinrichs, AIA. \u201cEnrique and Stephanie are perfect additions, not only because of all that they have achieved in their varied careers, but also because of the complementary skills, experiences and expertise that they contribute to firm leadership. It couldn\u2019t be a better fit.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceniceros joined Taylor Design in 2021, and in less than two years expanded Science &amp; Technology into a formidable department focused on the growing California market. In 2022, he also helped to establish the Greater Los Angeles\/Orange County chapter of the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) and became the chapter&#8217;s first president.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve really enjoyed the opportunity to take what was a relatively small segment of Taylor Design\u2019s portfolio and help to build it into a significant component of our firm,\u201d said Ceniceros. \u201cMy professional mission is to create spaces that inspire and advance scientific research and education, and I couldn\u2019t have asked for better support or a better environment to fulfill this goal.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceniceros earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, and is certified in both WELL and LEED AP BD+C by the U.S. Green Buildings Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Estrange came to Taylor Design in 2018 and had an immediate impact on the firm\u2019s interior design profile.&nbsp;Her leadership on signature projects for Stanford Health, Hoag, Scripps, UCSF, CHLA and UCI has earned her the appreciation of clients and peers. Her unique design aesthetic creates warm and inviting healing spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve worked at firms of different types and sizes, including the largest architecture firm in the country, and it has all led me to this,\u201d said L\u2019Estrange, who holds degrees in interior design and architecture from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and the University of San Francisco. \u201cThe culture at Taylor Design allows me to indulge my passion for designing timeless spaces in understated ways, and to pass these lessons along to my team.
